Au d\u00e9part de M\u00e9audre, on avance dans la for\u00eat, puis \u00e0 travers le domaine de ski nordique, direction le Gros Martel. L&rsquo;ascension est longue, mais la vue au sommet est superbe. Prendre la direction du cimeti\u00e8re puis, le chemin de randonn\u00e9e qui monte vers la croix. Appr\u00e9cier le point de vue, et redescendre \u00e0 travers champ pour rejoindre la <strong>route des Narces<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Assez vite, un chemin sur la droite permet de se diriger vers la for\u00eat.<\/li><li>Un embranchement, 3 chemins possibles. Prendre celui de gauche (route foresti\u00e8re du Cray), vers le <strong>refuge des Narces<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Le refuge est le point de rep\u00e8re de l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans le <strong>domaine de ski de fond de M\u00e9audre<\/strong>. Prendre la route en face, \u00e0 travers la for\u00eat, en direction du <strong>Gros Martel<\/strong>. En raquettes, les ascensions sont plus longues, la fatigue est vite l\u00e0, prenez votre temps.<\/li><li>Une fois au sommet, admirez la vue et prenez \u00e0 droite. Le chemin descend alors dans la for\u00eat. Puis prendre la piste de ski de fond qui permet de <strong>rejoindre le GR de Pays Tour des 4 montagnes<\/strong>. Attention \u00e0 bien vous mettre sur le bord de la piste, pour ce pas g\u00eaner les skieurs.<\/li><li>On retombe ensuite sur l&rsquo;intersection des \u00ab\u00a03 chemins\u00a0\u00bb mentionn\u00e9e plus haut.
